General Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) come into force upon their publication in the Application and on the Medisona website and remain valid until withdrawn or replaced by a new version.

1. Definitions
1.1. Application – the mobile application “Medisona” distributed via the Apple App Store, which provides the User with access to audio and text meditations, courses, and other digital content.
1.2. User – a legally capable individual who has installed the Application on their device and/or purchased a Subscription.
1.3. Content – audio files, texts, images, and other materials available in the Application on a paid or free basis.
1.4. Subscription – an automatically renewable right of the User to access paid Content for a selected period (month, quarter, or year) provided that payment is duly collected.
1.5. Developer / Seller – Sole Proprietor Medisona, registered under the laws of the Russian Federation, e‑mail: support@medisona.eu.
1.6. App Store – the mobile application distribution service operated by Apple Inc. through which Users download the Application and purchase Subscriptions.
2. Subject of the Terms
2.1. These Terms govern the relationship between the Developer and the User arising from the use of the Application, access to the Content, and the purchase of Subscriptions.
2.2. By installing the Application, creating an account, and/or purchasing a Subscription, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in full.
3. Registration and Account
3.1. To access certain features of the Application, the User may create an account using their Apple ID. When registering, the User undertakes to provide accurate and up‑to‑date information.
3.2. The User is responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and for all activities performed under their account.
4. Subscription and Payment
4.1. Access to paid Content is provided on the basis of a Subscription with automatic renewal for the selected period:
- 1 month – monthly renewal;
- 3 months (quarter) – renewal every 3 months;
- 12 months (year) – renewal every 12 months.
4.2. The Subscription is paid via Apple Pay / Apple App Store using the bank card linked to the User’s Apple ID. By confirming the purchase, the User consents to the charge for the first Subscription period and subsequent automatic charges until cancellation.
4.3. Current prices are displayed in the Application and in the Apple App Store prior to purchase. The Developer may change the price; new prices apply to the next renewal period as provided by Apple’s rules.
4.4. No trial period is provided unless explicitly indicated in the App Store interface.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
5.1. The User may cancel automatic renewal at any time no later than 24 hours before the end of the current paid period by following the instructions in Apple ID → “Subscriptions”.
5.2. After cancellation, access to paid Content remains available until the end of the already paid period; no pro‑rata refunds are offered for unused time.
5.3. Refunds are possible only in the cases and in the manner established by the Apple Media Services Refund Policy (https://support.apple.com/HT204084). All refund requests must be submitted through Apple; the Developer is not authorised to process refunds directly.
5.4. In case of technical failures that make the Content unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours, the User may request proportional extension of access by contacting support.
6. Licence and Intellectual Property
6.1. All objects of the Content and the Application (including, without limitation, audio recordings, texts, source code, design, and trademarks) are the intellectual property of the Developer and/or its licensors.
6.2. By purchasing a Subscription, the User receives a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable licence for personal, non‑commercial use of the Content within the Application. The User is prohibited from:
- copying, reproducing, or distributing the Content outside the Application;
- removing or altering copyright notices;
- using the Content for commercial purposes without the Developer’s written consent.
6.3. Violation of the licence may result in access being blocked and/or civil liability.
7. Restrictions on Use
The User undertakes not to perform actions that may:
- compromise the security or functionality of the Application;
- lead to unauthorised access to other users’ accounts;
- violate applicable Russian law or the rights of third parties;
- post reviews/messages containing unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. The Application and the Content are provided “as is”. The Developer does not guarantee that the Content will meet the User’s goals or deliver the expected result (e.g., health improvement).
8.2. To the extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect damages, loss of data, or loss of income incurred by the User as a result of using or being unable to use the Application.
8.3. The Developer’s aggregate liability under any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the User for the last paid Subscription period.
9. Amendments to the Terms
9.1. The Developer may amend these Terms at any time. The User will be notified of material changes by the publication of a new version in the Application at least 10 calendar days before such changes take effect.
9.2. Continued use of the Application after the changes take effect constitutes the User’s acceptance of the new version.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
10.2. Disputes are subject to pre‑trial settlement: the User sends a claim to support@medisona.eu; the Developer responds within 10 business days.
10.3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be referred to the court having jurisdiction over the Developer’s registered address.
11. Privacy Policy
11.1. The processing of the User’s personal data is carried out in accordance with the separate Privacy Policy available in the Application.
11.2. By submitting their data, the User consents to its processing, storage, and transfer to the extent necessary for the execution of these Terms and the operation of the Application.
